This project began with the demolition of an existing cottage. The two story home has been purpose designed and built in Augusta to accommodate multiple generations. The site has sweeping views across Flinders Bay and settlement.

The construction is timber frame upper level, masonry construction with suspended slab and  limestone features downstairs. Hydronic floor heating upstairs and down, self contained apartment and an elevator all created to future proof for an extended family.
