Designed and built to take in the East facing, panoramic views across Flinders Bay and the Blackwood River.   
Construction includes concrete slab, timber framed walls and insulated roof panels that form the roof structure.

Upstairs, a generous, open plan living space is finished with spotted gum floors, while downstairs, polished concrete provides an easy care floor for guest bedrooms, laundry and the family area.  The bold exterior design is a combination of Hardies Easy-Lap cladding and Colorbond Standing Seam Profile, beautifully complimented by natural limestone retaining walls. And to finish things off in typical Augusta style, of course there's a boat port!
