Set on 75 Acres in nearby Kudardup, this original 1940s farmhouse and outbuildings were re-created with a nod to the past.

Timberframe weatherboard construction, extended eaves and wide verandahs. Interior features include timber panelled ceilings and walls. Stone clad feature wall around fireplace. Newly floored areas were matched to existing jarrah floors.  Reclaimed rock from the site was used for retaining walls, landscaping and cladding water tank.
